2020 Culture Survey: We Need Your Feedback on Safety

The VUMC Culture Survey begins June 8. Safety is one vital part of the survey, aiming to assess attitudes and perceptions regarding patient safety at the Medical Center and helping determine how we can make a better, safer VUMC for all. This year, all employees and faculty will once again have the opportunity to provide feedback on 19 safety-focused questions, as well as an additional 5 questions assessing whether VUMC supports a culture of speaking up.
