Your 2024 W-2 form, IRS wage, and tax forms have been mailed to your current mailing address on file in Workday (typically your home address). W-2 forms will also be available electronically in Workday on Jan. 30. To access your W-2 in Workday:

It’s that time of year again — W-2 forms for 2024 will be sent out at the end of January 2025. 2024 W-2 forms will be mailed to current employees and former employees who earned money from VUMC during the 2024 calendar year. This form contains important information about your income, taxes withheld from your paychecks, and some benefits that you will need to complete your 2024 income tax returns.
