My VUMC Benefits will be unavailable, beginning March 18

On April 1, VUMC will launch MyWorkday, an enterprise resource planning platform. To prepare for the launch, certain systems — including My VUMC Benefits, the system used to enroll in benefits — will go offline, beginning at 11:59 p.m., March 17.

Rebadging update

The previously announced rebadging project will not move forward at this time. After additional consideration, a decision was made to pause this project to review changing badge technologies and implementation of Workday. While the larger rebadging effort will not be revisited until after Workday, Medical Center Card Services will continue to address individual VUMC ID badge changes at the request of entity leaders.

Get ready for mid-year conversations

For the mid-year process, which begins Jan. 24, 2023, we will complete mid-year discussions off-system this year. HR will share the off-system template with all people leaders on Jan. 24 to start the process. While optional, we are encouraging all managers to conduct a mid-year conversation with each staff member.
