This new benefit was created as the result of feedback HR received from our employees during focus groups last spring. Called VUMC flexPTO Donate, the program allows any employee to directly donate flexPTO to a specific employee who is experiencing a hardship due to a qualifying serious personal or family medical situation. They must also be eligible to receive the donated flexPTO under this program.
