The new Vanderbilt University Medical Center Tuition Assistance Program is now live at http://hr.vumc.org/tuitionbenefit. You can start exploring the online system now or, if you would like a tour, a video tutorial is available on the site in the center section under the title, Using Your Benefit.

The transition is underway to launch a new and improved education assistance system. We've partnered with EdAssist, the leading provider of comprehensive education solutions, to administer our tuition assistance programs, including Employee, Spouse, Dependent and Nursing.

Exercise, swim and ice skate for less than $1 a day! Centennial Sportsplex is offering VUMC employees a discounted membership rate of $350 per year ($385 if you live outside Davidson County). The Sportsplex is a 145,000-square-foot center located across from Centennial Park, at 222 25th Ave. N. Members can park in multiple surface lots adjoining the facility. To go beyond the obvious, though, HR Communications and Benefits conducted a survey to find out which benefits and clinical services are most important to VUMC employees. This is an important reminder to ensure your address is listed correctly in C2HR. Your W-2 form will be sent to your current mailing address in C2HR (typically your home address) by Jan. 31, 2017.
