The week of Oct. 10, Fidelity will send the government-required retirement plan participant fee disclosure to employees who are eligible to participate in the Vanderbilt University Medical Center 403(b) Retirement Plan. Even if you don’t participate in the plan, but are eligible, you should receive the notice. Former employees with retirement plan accounts also should receive the notice. If you haven’t taken the VUMC Culture Survey yet, you still have time. The survey deadline has been extended to June 3 at 11:59 p.m. to give everyone the chance to complete their portion(s). As of 9:30 a.m., we are at 75 percent participation. Dr. C. Wright Pinson’s note challenged us to increase the participation rate to 75 percent or better, so help us exceed our exceptions and surpass our goal.
