The deadline to donate and request flexPTO hours through the VUMC flexPTO Donate program for fiscal 2024 is at 11:59 p.m. May 31.The program allows employees to donate flexPTO to a specific employee experiencing a hardship due to a medical emergency.How do I donate?Most VUMC employees are eligible to donate flexPTO for use by a colleague. You may donate up to 40 hours of your flexPTO in 8-hour increments per fiscal year. However, you must have a combined flexPTO and sick bank total of 80 hours remaining after the donation.

In a few weeks, you will be asked to participate in the VUMC Culture Survey. This year, the survey is a combination of three surveys — the engagement survey, the safety culture survey, and the nursing excellence survey. The survey should take between 5 and 20 minutes to complete depending on your role at VUMC. The survey will take place May 2 - May 16, 2024.
