Live, virtual Kronos timekeeper training is MANDATORY for all timekeepers of non-exempt users.
To sign up for the training, search for "KronosTK" in the Learning Exchange. Click Enroll on the next available date, then Start to begin the course.
Training sessions will be held monthly. If training is not completed, access will be revoked.

Kronos is Vanderbilt's electronic time and attendance system used by most hourly staff to record worked time and flexPTO using electronic clocks (also known as readers and terminals).
This policy identifies the responsibilities of non-exempt employees and timekeepers in Kronos. Timekeeping records constitute the basis for payment of wages. The timekeeping function requires accurate and timely recording of time. This policy is intended to promote the efficient processing of payroll to comply with applicable federal, state, and local wage and hour laws. This policy applies to all non-exempt employees for the recording and reporting of actual hours worked, non-paid time, and premiums.
